Return Policy

We understand that online shopping can be hard so we do allow you to return unwanted items. You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return any unwanted items for exchange (if the item is available) or return. All returns will be in the form of original payment and for the same value as purchase amount shown on receipt.

For online orders, you are responsible for any return/exchange shipping charges and your 14 day period starts upon delivery receipt from tracking. Your return must be postmarked by 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Shipping will not be refunded and you are responsible for shipping the return item to us. If you choose to exchange the item you will be charged to ship the item back.

All items must be in new condition, unwashed with no smell of smoke, oils, deodorant, pet hair or makeup. Tags must also be attached. For shoes they must be unworn and in the box, the box cannot have any markings or have been tapped in any way. We reserve the right to reject any return due to the above.

All sale items or daily deals are final sale and cannot be returned. If any of these items are sent back, the item will be donated and no return issued.

All jewelry and accessories (hats,scarves, gloves, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, leggings, bralettes, camis and slips/extenders and hair accessories), bath items and home decor cannot be returned. This is a hygiene issue for most of these items.

All online purchases can be returned or exchanged at either of our store locations.

Please allow us 5-7 business days for us to process the return.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Please keep your tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

In the case where you received a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us at shopsouthernblisstn@gmail.com and we will send a replacement. All damaged or incorrect items must be reported to us within 5 calendar days from delivery.

Please remember we are a small family owned business with limited inventory so exchanges may not always be available. Thank you for your business!!
